I began my journey in San Francisco at birth and have spent more than half of my life in the Bay Area. I have devoted the past 15 years to healing and self-discovery through Bodywork, Yoga, Tarot & Astrology. Through deepening my understanding of these practices, I have been a witness to the power that each of them contains-- helping one to deepen a connection to Self.

 

I attended the National Holistic Institute in 2008 to receive my certification in Massage Therapy and went on to continue my studies in Ayurveda & Yoga in 2014, receiving a teaching certificate from Mount Madonna Center. I taught regular public classes in San Francisco up until the time of the "great pause" in 2020/2021 and resumed in 2022. Other noteworthy educational pursuits: iRest Yoga Nidra Level 1 training, NASM Personal Training Certification and Kinesiology studies at College of the Redwoods. 

 

I have studied Astrology and Tarot for my entire life via the exploration of texts by esteemed astrologers and mystics, in-person classes, and chiefly through the experiential art and practices of Chart Analysis & Tarot reading. I work with clients from all walks of life and believe astrology and the cosmos give language to the Alchemical process of the human experience. When the natal chart and transits thereafter are contemplated and understood, one is given the opportunity to overcome fear, transmute pain and transgress karma -- coming closer to the pure light of the Soul.

Outside of the wellness space, I am a visual artist and poet.
